We know that when you choose us for your project, you are placing a great deal of trust in us. We take our partnership very seriously, and we want you to feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
That’s why we have created a simple 11-step process that keeps you informed and involved at every stage. From your initial consultation to the final trim, we will work closely with you to ensure that your vision becomes a reality.

Our 11-step process
Step 1. Fill Out Our Form
To start our process, fill out the contact form on our website. Please feel free to attach pictures you may have, or any information that we should know about your project.
Step 2. Phone Consultation and Estimate
After we receive your contact form submission, we will contact you within 24 hours to talk more in depth about your project. Together we’ll go over your vision, your budget, and overall timeline of your project.
After talking about your project in detail, we’ll be able to provide a more accurate estimate of your project.
Step 3. Site visit with contract signed and deposit
After we have talked about your project, we will schedule a time to come out to the job site and do an on site consultation.
During this time we will go over the contract and make sure that you are comfortable with every aspect of your painting project. Once we are on the same page with every detail, we will sign the contract and collect the initial deposit for your project.
Step 4. Adding you to the calendar
After we collect your initial deposit and sign the contract, we will schedule a time to come and start your painting project.
Step 5. Project Prep
When we are one month out from our start date, we will reach out to confirm your project. As we get closer to your start date, we will check in to make sure we are on track and good to start.
Step 6. Pre-job walkthrough
On the day of your project start date, we will do a pre-job walkthrough with Konrad and your crew lead. From there we will be able to answer any questions you may have and make sure that we are on the same page with all the details.
Step 7. Prep and repairs phase.
During the prep phase, our crew lead will inspect the home for any possible repairs that were not included in the contract, such as dry rot (exterior), or loose drywall tape that wasn’t noticed (interior).
Step 8. we Get to painting
This is where the magic happens. We will get to work in adding color to your home or space. We will be available during this time to answer any questions and keep you updated on our progress.
Step 9. Post Job walkthrough and Final payment
After we are done painting your home, we will do a final walkthrough with you to show you the final product. If there is anything we need to touch up, we will take care of it during this time.
Once you are completely satisfied with the final result, we will collect the final payment on your project.
Step 10. Follow up
One week out from the end of your project, we will follow up to make sure that everything with your painting project is perfect and you are enjoying your upgraded space.
If there is anything that you are unsatisfied with, we would be happy to come out and fix it for you.
Step 11. 3 year warranty
We want you to have the best possible care, which is why we offer a 3 year warranty. If something happens to your project that is within our control, we will come to your home and fix the issue, free of charge.
