4. In-Person Interview
If the phone call goes well, we'll schedule an in-person interview at our Ardmore office. You'll meet with at least one company leader. Some roles include a hands-on skills demonstration so we can see the work, not just talk about it.
About Derheim Painting & Home Improvement
Derheim Painting & Home Improvement was founded in March 2020 by Konrad Derheim. Konrad spent a decade in the San Francisco painting industry, learning a finish-work standard rooted in one of the most demanding residential markets in the country. When he moved his family to Ardmore, he brought that standard with him — and started a painting company in a town he was new to.
Five years later, Derheim Painting has earned BBB A+ accreditation, won Best of the Best Home Contractor in Ardmore for 2025, completed the Love County courthouse repaint in Marietta, been featured on the front page of the local paper three separate times, and grown to support a full crew of project managers, painters, and skilled tradespeople.
