What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring each project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets our high standards. You’ll coordinate between clients, crews, and internal teams to keep everything moving efficiently, while also making sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. Your leadership will be essential to delivering a top-tier experience every time.

• Coordinating schedules, crew assignments, and materials for multiple projects
• Communicating directly with customers to set expectations, answer questions, and provide updates
• Performing site walk-throughs to ensure work meets our standards of craftsmanship
• Identifying and solving challenges quickly and calmly as they arise
• Keeping job progress, notes, and updates organized in our project system

We’re seeking someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable managing people and timelines. Painting experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person who demonstrates leadership, accountability, and strong interpersonal skills.
